David Niven [ˈ d e ɪ v ɪ d ˈ n ɪ v ə n] [1] est un acteur, soldat et auteur britannique, né le 1 er mars 1910 à Londres et mort le 29 juillet 1983 à Château-d'Œx . Figure majeure du cinéma des années 1950 et 1960, il reçoit en particulier l'Oscar du meilleur acteur en 1959 pour son rôle dans Tables séparées.
