  3. Biography. Jialin Zhao (M’09) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN, USA, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Device Modeling Engineer with Analog Devices, Wilmington, MA, USA, focused on PSP MOSFET model for next generation CMOS.
