Clifford Clyde Hugo, né le 23 avril 1951 à Glendale, Californie, est un bassiste et contrebassiste américain. Il est surtout connu pour avoir joué avec le groupe Supertramp, en remplacement de Dougie Thomson, de 1997 jusqu'à leur séparation en 2010.
Clifford Clyde Hugo (born April 23, 1951 in Glendale, California), is the bass guitarist for the art rock band Supertramp. Biography. After college, he has toured the world as a member of the Ray Charles band. Hugo worked with fellow Supertramp member Carl Verheyen in the Carl Verheyen Band from '97 - 2008.
Cliff Hugo is a bassist for Supertramp and a session musician who has worked with Ray Charles, Solomon Burke and many others. He plays Markbass amps and loves the music of the world.

In 1996, Supertramp reformed with returning members Davies, Siebenberg and Helliwell, plus new members Mark Hart (keyboards, guitar, vocals), Carl Verheyen (guitar, backing vocals), Cliff Hugo (bass), Lee Thornburg (trumpet, trombone, backing vocals) and Tom Walsh (percussion).
