Martin D. Ginsburg (1932-2010) was an American lawyer and tax law expert, and the husband of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. He taught at Georgetown University Law Center and was of counsel at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
