Ian Hill, né le 20 janvier 1951 à West Bromwich (Angleterre), est bassiste et fondateur du groupe de heavy metal Judas Priest. Ian apprit à jouer la contrebasse de son père. Celui-ci mourut lorsque Hill n'était qu'adolescent.
Ian Hill is an English musician and the sole continuous member of the heavy metal band Judas Priest. He plays bass guitar, brought Rob Halford into the band, and has been featured in several documentaries and films.
