Frida ensam (English: Frida Alone) is the second studio album by Swedish singer Anni-Frid Lyngstad. It was first released by Polar Music in 1975 while Lyngstad was a member of the pop group ABBA and produced by her then-fiancé and fellow ABBA member, Benny Andersson.

Anni-Frid Synni Lyngstad [a] KVO1kl (born 15 November 1945), also known simply as Frida, is a Swedish singer who is best known as one of the founding members and lead singers of the pop band ABBA. Courtesy titles Princess Reuss and Countess of Plauen are also in use because of her third marriage.
Frida ensam är ett soloalbum av Anni-Frid Lyngstad som utgavs i Sverige 1975. De flesta melodierna är coverversioner på utländska låtar med nya svenska texter. Att tolka utländska melodier och ge dem en helt ny svenskt text var vanligt förekommande under 1960- och 1970-talen.

In 2005 her albums for Polar Music (Frida ensam, Something’s Going On and Shine) were re-released with bonus tracks. Along with an expanded edition of Djupa andetag, the albums were also included in the box set Frida 4xCD 1xDVD, which featured a DVD of promo clips, television appearances and a brand new interview with Frida.
