Queen Elizabeth High School was a Halifax peninsula high school from 1942-2007. The student bodies of the Halifax Academy (Sackville and Brunswick) and the Bloomfield High School (Robie and Almon) combined in the new high school at Robie and Bell Rd.
Queen Elizabeth High School was a Halifax peninsula high school from 1942-2007. The student bodies of the Halifax Academy (located at the corner of Sackville Street and Brunswick Street) and the Bloomfield High School (located at the corner of Robie Street and Almon Street) combined in the new QE high school at Robie Street and Bell Road.
Queen Elizabeth High was a comprehensive high school which had been operating on the corner of Bell Road and Robie Street since September 1942. It served, with distinction and pride, students from Halifax as well as the national and international community.
