  6. May 19, 1948 - July 28, 2020. ALIVE N KICKIN burst on the music scene in the magical 70's with a smash hit called "Tighter,Tighter" that sold over 2 million copies. Written and produced by Tommy James of the Shondels, "Tighter" earned them a Gold Record which they received onstage at Madison Square Garden.
