Britannia Royal Naval College ( BRNC ), is the naval academy of the United Kingdom and the initial officer training establishment of the Royal Navy. It is located on a hill overlooking the port of Dartmouth, Devon, England. Royal Naval officer training has taken place in Dartmouth since 1863.

Prince Edward of Wales, later King Edward VIII, studied at the Royal Naval College, Osborne from 1907 until 1909 before moving on to the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth. The Osborne site was eventually cllosed in 1921.
From 1903 to 1921, part of the estate around the stables was used as a junior officer training college for the Royal Navy, known as the Royal Naval College, Osborne. Another section of the house was used as a convalescent home for officers. In 1933, many of the temporary buildings at Osborne were demolished.
