29 mars 2020 · Joann Duce : I have been trying to use the Sunwing mobile check for the past 3 hours and I have had no luck. They tell you that you can check in 12 hrs before your flight but apparently that is not true. Sometimes, no I mean a lot of times their system is down, BUT Sunwing does not allow all destinations the check in feature - yes it's annoying.
No Sunwing rep as he was late the first day and we wouldn't wait for him to show up. Hotel said it as Sunwing's fault and Sunwing said it was the hotels fault. What a sad but pitiful way to do business. No, I will never use that poor excuse for a vacation company again. We have used WestJet and Air Canada Vacations with great results.

Guest : Keep emailing and calling. Seems this is the only way things get done. I’ve had to clarify several issues between Sunwing and selloffvacations to make the refund happen. I’ve been told it’s been issued but it’s almost at the 10 day processing point.
