30 sept. 2024 · Upon the login request, I tried using the authenticator on the other phone, or using a code from the old authentictor, both run into the same "too many requests" message and I have to click cancel to get out of the recovery operation. Meanwhile, my Email login and Microsoft account login works perfectly fine using the old authenticator on my old phone.

8 juil. 2024 · Solutions from the Outlook team: • have the most updated version of Outlook. • manually set up the account as a Microsoft 365 account (not Outlook.com, as I was doing) • use cellular service not WiFi. this worked for me! finally able to get my school accounts on the mobile app. CY.
