13 févr. 2024 · Usually this kind of issue occurs when the Color Filter is turned ON. Please try to check the settings. Kindly click Start menu and type Color Filters then hit enter. Next to the Color filters option, please turn it off. You may also use the keyboard shortcut, please press Windows key + CTRL + C. Please let me know the result.

I checked on Google and YouTube for solutions. Then, i restarted the program after repairing & resetting windows security in by right clicking and going to the app settings. It is still the same.

We need to be able to set the Colors properties to Black and White, this should not have been removed. There are very specific cases in the work that I do where I need to have this option. Please bring this back.
