We have been using this file for over 10 years. Last year we started having issues, where Excel would simply freeze, sometimes unlock itself after a few minutes, sometimes we need to close it down. Right clicking in the taskbar and closing the windows would immediately prompt to save and close. Upon re-opening it simply works again.

This is one of the early duet dryers, with the two screw thermal fuse. I tested for a bad thermal fuse by shorting the two terminals together, and the dryer worked.
