Douglass High School was built during segregation and was Loudoun County's first and only accredited African American high school in Loudoun County from 1941-1968 when segregation ended in the County.
The Leesburg Douglass High School Alumni Association (LDAA) along with the other members of the Douglass Consortium provide tours of the Historic Douglass High School by appointment on the second and fourth Saturday of each month, at 11:00 a.m. Each tour can accommodate up to 20 participants.
