The initial negotiation of TLS is successful, but the renegotiation fails because it requires TLS 1.2 + EMS (Extended Master Secret). The printer was on my network until recently but the 10.13 computer no longer works, so I'd like to use another 10.13 computer to put the printer on the network. HP tech support could offer no help other than to offer to sell me a new printer.
