To my shock this morning, I was about to log in to LifePoints to inquire as to why I haven't been paid ( 10 dollars owed) and when I went to log in, I was denied with a message that my membership was cancelled! I have been with them since 2019. I just wrote them and await a response.

7 sept. 2021 · I just logged into my LifePoints account, and I discovered I have 5,221 points. I got eight points tonight for not being eligible for four surveys. I am going to start doing them again, and once I get to 5,500 points I am going to cash out for two $25 Amazon cards. I had no idea I had that many points in my account. 1.
16 déc. 2020 · All I can suggest is to keep trying. I have always gotten a response from support in 24 hours , often in a matter of hours. You can also leave a message via the message option on their Facebook page. It took another week and several more inquiries but they did refund my 2700 points.
