31 déc. 2023 · Re: TAP Portugal News and Discussion - 2024 #24272817. TAP posted a first quarter net loss €71.9 million on €862m operating revenues. Loss was worse than last years €57.4 million. They mentioned cost pressures including inflationary pressures and collective bargaining agreements as part of the increased loss.

1 sept. 2024 · BY LAXintl - Sun Sep 01, 2024 4:54 pm. Reports that Lufthansa Group is seeking to purchase 19.9 percent stake in TAP Air Portugal. According to the reports LH Group wants to avoid purchasing a controlling stake in TAP so it won’t require approval from the European Commission, similar to what Air France/KLM just did with SAS.

23 oct. 2019 · Re: Airbus A321LR, two-class configuration #21744609. No, TAP Air Portugal has three classes instead of two. Don't be fooled by marketing, it is a 2 class airplane. The economy extra is just 1-2 inches more leg room than 'economy' which is purely due to the fact that a 31" pitch wouldn't align with the exit row.

The A330-200 is superb, but I believe it may be too big for some routes, especially for some Africans. Anyway, whatever A330 comes, it'll be welcomed!
