Spécifiquement pour la question de l'ipad wifi + cellular, au début Apple avait écrit ipad wifi + 4G, pour dire que l'Ipad se connecte au réseau ultra rapide.

14 déc. 2022 · Lost WiFi/cellular after 13.4.1 Update After latest software update, first generation iPad Pro has lost cellular and WiFi connectivity. I can see cellular signal strength but, it will not connect to internet. No WiFi signal at all. My iPhone finds both cellular and WiFi networks fully operational. I have force quit and rebooted iPad x3.

An WiFi & Cellular model of iPad requires a Data SIM (whilst often being the same size, it functionally different) - or for compatible models, the embedded AppleSIM or eSIM may be utilised.
