Especially the way the kid yelling in the room he's locked in is always legible in the background when various characters pass by it, and eventually stops when the kid dies is just such a good detail. No way in hell am I ever watching Irreversible again though.

In this time legal commercial child porn with children around the age of 10 or so was produced by porn companies and sold on vhs. Hence my question.
